Did they sign up successfully? Tutorial rating (1=confusing, 5=delightful) Friction during signup (hesitations, confusion, errors, what they said out loud) How did they react to the tutorial? In their words: what did they think CareerKit is for? First-impression rating (1=meh, 5=love)
